Proper nutrition is key to any athlete's ability to perform at their peak level.Throughout the camp, we'll have you covered with healthy eating options for every meal and snack. While breakfast and team dinners will be hosted by the five star culinary team at the Four Seasons Resort, we'll provide off-site lunches delivered straight to you, as you train on the IRONMAN course. 

 

Each meal will consist of carefully planned balance of macro and micro nutrients that athletes require during long days of training. In addition to everyday nutrition, we'll cover sports specific nutrition throughout the week, and will provide you with a nutrition and supplements package to try out some of the best products out there to support your training, maintenance, and recovery.
