UPRISE Whistler Trail Running Camp

 

August 27th - August 30th 2015

 

Thursday, 27th of August 2015.

YVR Airport Transfers to Whistler.
 

  • 6:00pm Optional: 5km shake out trail run with URPISE Coaching Staff.
  • 8:00pm: Welcome Meet/Greet TOAST to athletes (Patio BBQ, Four Seasons Resort Whistler.)


Friday, 28th of August

7:30am –  9:00am:  Breakfast.
9:30am - 10:30am:  Movement Presentation and Assessment. Video analysis (Conference Room @ Four Seasons)
10:30am – 12:00pm : Run Assessment Clinic (Olympic Plaza Grass Field.)
12:30pm – 2:00pm: Lunch.
2:30pm – 4:00pm: Sports Nutrition Presentation. 
The  accelerated and complete presentation of daily eating and sports nutrition like the pros. Program shaped to create  a leaner, stronger well fueled runner.
4:30 pm: 10km Trail Run
5:45 pm: Packet Pick Up Registration for 5 Peaks Trail Race, Whistler Village.
7:30 pm:  Pre Race Dinner

Saturday, 29th of August

8:00am – 9:00 am: Breakfast.
9:30am:  Depart for Gondola. Run 1.5km in Group.
10:00am: UPLOAD to top of Whistler Peak Chair.
The 5 Peaks Trail Race
Sport 6.6 or Enduro 11.6, race as you wish. We’re there to support.

5:00pm: Return to resort-
FREE TIME: Village Shopping, Spa, Massage
8:00pm: VIP Dinner and Social at Four Seasons Sidecut.

Optional: After hours Village entertainment led by UPRISE staff.

Sunday, 30th of August 

8:00 – 9:00 am Breakfast Seminar: The Art of Recovery.
9:30am - 11:00am : Recovery Run.

11:30am: Check out of accommodation.
12:00pm: Send off brunch.

Optional: Athletes staying the night of the 30th – Optional trail run with UPRISE staff.
